Updating Billing Details
You can update your card, billing email, or company information inside your DropCourse account settings.
If you’re unable to update something yourself, our support team can help.

How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription anytime from your dashboard — it only takes a couple of clicks.

When you cancel:

  • You will not be charged again

  • You retain access until your current period ends

  • You will not be refunded for past charges (per the Refund Policy)

When to Contact Support
You can self-serve for:

  • Cancelling your subscription

  • Changing card details

  • Updating your email or password
