DropCourse follows a clear “All Sales Are Final” Refund Policy.

As stated on our official policy page:

“All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products or services sold through DropCourse.com.”

This applies to:

  • Digital products

  • Software licenses

  • Subscription services

Exceptions (Rare)
A refund may be considered only if:

  • A purchased service is not fully delivered, or

  • It does not meet the predefined criteria as advertised

These are handled case-by-case.

How to Request a Refund
If you believe you qualify under the exceptions:

  2. Contact us at [email protected]

  3. Include your order email and details
    Our team will assess your request based on the policy.

How Refunds Affect Access
If a refund is approved:

  • Your access to DropCourse (courses, community, templates, funnels, videos) will be removed

  • Any active subscription will be closed
