We recommend you clearly list your refund terms on:
Your sales page
Your checkout page
Your confirmation emails
This helps protect you and sets clear expectations.
How refunds/chargebacks work technically
You control your sales and payments (DropCourse does not take a fee or process payments on your behalf)
Refunds or chargebacks are handled through your payment processor (e.g., Stripe, PayPal)
If a student issues a chargeback, it is handled directly by the payment gateway following their rules
DropCourse does not mediate student refunds on your behalf.
